Customer Service Executive

1. Main responsibility

  • Consult and provide clear and optimal solutions regarding pricing, schedule, procedures, and documentation to customers.
  • Answer inquiries and handle complaints to ensure customer satisfaction with the company’s services.
  • Build reputation and brand image of company services to promote sales.

2. Job description

  • Support sales department to approach, consult, and quote logistics services and products to customers.
  • Plan to approach new potential customers and maintain and expand services to existing customers.
  • Coordinate with departments to promptly and effectively handle customer requests related to booking, container pick-up/drop-off, and shipping procedures.
  • Monitor, inform, and update shipment status to customers and agents.
  • Closely monitor major orders and promptly resolve arising issues during shipping.
  • Handle customer data, keep records, and maintain and develop customer relationships.
  • Negotiate, agree, and finalize service contract terms with customers under the department’s management.
  • Assist accounting in debt collection.
  • Prepare daily, weekly work reports, productivity reports, and monthly KPI self-assessments.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

3. Job requirements

  • Education & Experience:
    - Bachelor’s degree in economics, import-export, logistics.
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position or Sales.
    - Prefer candidates with experience on US, Canada routes.
     
  • Skills:
    - Good communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
    - Proficient in office software (MS Office).
    - Ability to work independently and in teams.
    - Good English communication skills.
     
  • Personal qualities:
    - Dynamic, careful, meticulous, able to work under pressure.
    - Maintain confidentiality.

Work time

  • Monday to Friday: Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
  • Saturday: Working in the morning 8:00 A.M – 12:00 P.M, with 2 Saturdays off per month.

Work location

  • 39-41 Street B4, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City (Sala, District 2)
