Customer Service Executive/Sales Admin
1. Main responsibility
- Consult and provide clear and optimal solutions regarding pricing, schedule, procedures, and documentation to customers.
- Answer inquiries and handle complaints to ensure customer satisfaction with the company’s services.
- Build reputation and brand image of company services to promote sales.
2. Job description
- Maintain, exploit and develop the company's freehand customers.
- Plan to approach new potential customers and maintain and expand services to existing customers.
- Check the price and give quotation for customers based on the most optimal cost.
- Checking for export/import procedures include specialized inspection procedures and consulting for customers.
- Coordinate with departments to promptly and effectively handle customer requests.
- Closely monitor, inform, and update shipment status including customs clearance status to customers.
- Handling all incidents, arising related to shipments.
- Update changes in specialized management policies of state agencies related to customers' import and export business.
- Update the holiday/ working schedule to customers.
- Handle customer data, keep records, and maintain and develop customer relationships.
- Negotiate, agree, and finalize service contract terms with customers under the department’s management.
- Assist accounting in debt collection.
- Prepare weekly work reports, monthly productivity reports.
- Ready to contribute ideas to develop team and company.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
3. Job requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, import-export, logistics.
- Have experience in Sales or Customer Service.
- Prefer candidates with experience on US, Canada routes.
Skills:
- Good communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in office software (MS Office).
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Good English communication skills.
Personal qualities:
- Dynamic, careful, meticulous, able to work under pressure.
- Maintain confidentiality.

Work time
- Monday to Friday: Morning 08:00 AM to 12:00PM, Afternoon 01:30 PM to 05:30 PM.
- Saturday: Morning 08:00 AM to 12:00PM.
