Customs Declaration Executive

1. Main responsibility

Handle customs declaration, clearance, and cargo coordination; ensure compliance with customs procedures and timeline.

2. Job description

• Receive & verify documents from Sales/Operation team.
• Collect info from clients for customs declaration.
• Declare shipments via ECUS software.
• Classify products & assign correct HS codes.
• Coordinate clearance at HCM customs offices.
• Schedule delivery for clients.
• Handle issues, report to supervisor.

3. Job requirements

• College/University degree in International Trade, Economics, Logistics…
• ≥ 1 year of relevant experience (preferably in Logistics/Forwarder firms).
• Proficient in HS code classification & customs flow.
• Skilled in ECUS, good English reading of docs (Invoice, PL, Contract…).
• Honest, proactive, logical, able to work under pressure.

Work time

• Monday to Friday: Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
• Saturday: Working in the morning 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, with 2 Saturdays off per month.
