Domestic Quotation Executive
I. MAIN ROLES
- Verify transportation rates with suppliers and provide quotations to the company's sales department.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive quotation requests from sales departments or customers.
- Check transportation rates with the company’s current suppliers or source additional external vendors.
- Calculate and prepare quotations to send to relevant departments.
- Update pricing data into the company's data system.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Import-Export, Logistics, or related fields.
- No experience required (Fresher); preference for candidates who have interned in an equivalent position.
- Gender: Female.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; proactive with a high sense of responsibility.
- Skills: Proficiency in Office applications, typing, and advanced Excel.
- Personal qualities: Honest, professional, and agile.
- Information security: Maintain absolute confidentiality of company customer information.

IV. WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Friday: Morning 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Afternoon 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
- Saturday: Morning 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 Saturdays off per month).
V. LOCATION
- 39-41 B4 Street, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City (Former District 2), Ho Chi Minh City (Sala area).
