Import Customer Service Executive
I. MAIN ROLES
- Advise and propose optimal logistics solutions regarding pricing, schedules, procedures, and transportation plans for customers and the Sales team.
- Monitor shipments and promptly handle arising issues to ensure the best customer service experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and overseas agents, contributing to service quality improvement and enhancing the brand image of REAL LOGISTICS.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Check and negotiate Air/Sea freight rates with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents; compare, analyze, and propose the most cost-effective and suitable solutions.
- Support the Sales team in preparing quotations, providing logistics solutions, and arranging shipment schedules for Freehand cargo.
- Arrange bookings, monitor shipment progress, and handle any issues arising throughout the transportation process.
- Coordinate with the Logistics team to advise on import procedures, check buying rates, and provide agent quotations for DAP, DDP, DDU, and other designated shipments.
- Proactively update shipment status and cooperate with relevant departments to respond promptly to customer requests.
- Manage customer and overseas agent databases; maintain and develop long-term business relationships.
- Support the Accounting team in monitoring outstanding payments and following up on receivables.
- Handle shipment-related issues, propose appropriate solutions, and prepare periodic reports on workload, shipment volume, and KPIs.
- Contribute ideas to improve workflows and enhance the overall effectiveness of the team.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Import Customer Service or equivalent positions.
- Chinese language skills are preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Careful, responsible, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
- Eager to learn and committed to long-term career development in the Logistics industry.

V. WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Friday: Morning 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Afternoon 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
- Saturday: Morning 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 Saturdays off per month).
