Deputy Logistics Manager

Since joining Real Logistics in 2017, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing and contributing to our company’s growth in the logistics sector. Starting as a member of the logistics team, I quickly immersed myself in various tasks, from customs declarations to acting as a customs broker, all while providing legal consultations to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Each day presents new challenges that require innovative solutions. I’ve learned to navigate complex regulations and manage diverse client needs, which has sharpened my problem-solving skills. One of my proudest moments was successfully guiding a major shipment through a particularly intricate customs process, ensuring everything was compliant and timely.

As I advanced to the role of Deputy Manager, my responsibilities expanded to include mentoring newer team members. I believe that sharing knowledge and experiences is vital for fostering growth within our team. It’s rewarding to watch my colleagues develop their skills and confidence, preparing them to take on more significant responsibilities in the future.

Teamwork has been a cornerstone of my experience at Real Logistics. Collaborating with talented individuals across departments has not only enhanced my own capabilities but also strengthened our collective performance.
