In my six years at Real Logistics, I've had the chance to grow and learn a lot in my role. Starting as a junior member in the customer services team, I gradually took on more responsibilities, and now, I proudly serve as the Customer Service Supervisor. Real Logistics has always provided me with opportunities to develop my skills and take on new challenges, which has been incredible for my career growth.
My interest in logistics started from my fascination with international trade and transportation. I wanted to be part of an industry that connects people and businesses across the world. During my time here, I’ve collaborated with amazing colleagues and leaders who have guided me and supported my growth. I am grateful for the company’s commitment to building a diverse and inclusive work environment, which has made me feel valued and motivated.
Real Logistics is not just a workplace; it’s a community where we all support each other. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my job is mentoring new team members and helping them find their way in this fast-paced industry.
