Overseas Sales Executive
1. Main responsibility
- Search, exploit and develop relationships with potential new agents.
- Expanding relationships with existing agents around the world.
2. Job description
- Search, expand, create connections, maintain and develop relationships with foreign customers and agents in associations and networks worldwide.
- Support and advise on optimal solutions for agents, local & foreign customers. Sell the company's freight forwarding and logistics services to customers…
- Arrange and cooperate to solve problems arising when making goods with relevant departments; provide satisfactory and reasonable solutions for customers.
- Support in checking costs for export and import shipments for other departments upon request.
- Discuss and negotiate payment terms with foreign agents before establishing an agency agreement.
- Report KPI results, make working plan as required by the manager.
- Handling the tasks related to the work according to the assignment of the manager.
3. Job requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in economics, import-export, logistics, etc.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skill.
- Proficient in using office software.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Dynamic, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work under high pressure.
- Commitment to maintaining information confidentiality.

Work time
- Monday to Friday: Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
- Saturday: Working in the morning 8:00 A.M – 12:00 P.M, with 2 Saturdays off per month.
