Recruitment Executive
1. Job description
- Receive and promptly execute hiring requests from departments upon approval
- Develop recruitment plans to ensure the right people are hired at the right time
- Draft internal hiring announcements and create engaging, creative job postings for social media
- Proactively source candidates across multiple channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, Referrals, Company Website, and more
- Screen and analyze CVs; conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates
- Forward shortlisted profiles to hiring managers for review and suitability feedback prior to interview scheduling
- Coordinate interview schedules in collaboration with relevant managers for in-depth candidate assessments
- Consolidate interview results, submit for approval, and communicate outcomes directly to candidates
- Follow up with and support candidates from offer acceptance through to their official start date
- Guide new hires through onboarding documentation and probationary/official contract signing procedures
- Build and develop the company's recruitment channels to attract talent and promote employer branding
- Other tasks as assigned by management
2. Job requirements
- College or university degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role at a Freight Forwarder or Shipping Line
- Strong CV screening, candidate evaluation, and candidate psychology reading skills
- Creative writing ability with an employer branding mindset
- Proficiency in basic design/editing tools (Canva, CapCut)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle situations flexibly
- Good English proficiency (reading, writing, and communication)

Work time
- Monday to Friday: Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
- Saturday: Working in the morning 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, with 2 Saturdays off per month.
