Sales Logistics Executive HCM
1. Main responsibility
- Build and get new and potential customers.
- Manage and take care of existing customers.
2. Job description
- Actively seek and introduce company services to prospective customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop partnerships with potential clients across various industries, either directly or indirectly.
- Offer prices to customers, negotiate with customers on prices and terms in the contract.
- Oversee the implementation of contracts, coordinate with the accounting team on receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Resolve client concerns regarding service quality, delivery timelines, and other operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the manager .
3. Job requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in economics, import-export, logistics, etc.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skill.
- Proficient in using office software.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Dynamic, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work under high pressure.
- Commitment to maintaining information confidentiality.

Work time
- Monday to Friday: Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
- Saturday: Working in the morning 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, with 2 Saturdays off per month.
