Sales Logistics Executive HCM

1. Main responsibility

  • Build and get new and potential customers.
  • Manage and take care of existing customers.

2. Job description

  • Actively seek and introduce company services to prospective customers.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop partnerships with potential clients across various industries, either directly or indirectly.
  • Offer prices to customers, negotiate with customers on prices and terms in the contract.
  • Oversee the implementation of contracts, coordinate with the accounting team on receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Resolve client concerns regarding service quality, delivery timelines, and other operational issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by the manager .

3. Job requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in economics, import-export, logistics, etc.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skill. 
  • Proficient in using office software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Dynamic, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work under high pressure.
  • Commitment to maintaining information confidentiality.

Work time

  • Monday to Friday: Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
  • Saturday: Working in the morning 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, with 2 Saturdays off per month.
