Sales Support Executive

1. Key Role

Supporting the Sales Department in providing services, resolving customer-related issues, connecting with other departments, caring for customers, and performing other administrative tasks.

2. Job Description

  • Supporting the Sales Department in approaching, consulting, and quoting the company's logistics services to customers.
  • Collaborating with relevant departments to arrange, handle, and resolve customer requests, inquiries, or complaints.
  • Providing accurate and timely updates on shipment status and handling plans.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with the assigned customer base (including both potential and existing customers).
  • Assisting the Sales Department in negotiating and finalizing service contracts.
  • Supporting the collection of debts from customers.
  • Reporting as required by the manager and performing other duties as assigned.

3. Job Requirements

  • Education: University degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Priority is given to candidates with experience in handling US-bound cargo, reefer shipments, for both import and export.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in office software.
    • Good command of spoken English.
    • Good communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
    • Careful, meticulous, and able to work under high pressure.
  • Qualities: Dynamic, proactive, honest, progressive, and hardworking.
  • Other requirements: Information security.

Work time

  • Monday to Friday: Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
  • Saturday: Working in the morning 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, with 2 Saturdays off per month.
