The Phuoc An Port project is divided into multiple phases:
- Phase 1: Initiated in 2024.
- Phase 2: Approved in late 2024, covering 50.9 hectares with a total investment of VND 7.572 trillion.
By 2025, the port is expected to handle 0.2 million TEUs, increasing to 1.2 million TEUs by 2026.
