The Real Logistics Company Trip 2025 in Phu Quoc was more than a break from deadlines.
It was a true journey of connection, bringing together over 120 members from 11 different departments - including Import, Export, Sales, Sales Overseas, Logistics, Accounting, HR, Marketing, Project, Pricing, and Customer Service.

Not in spreadsheets, not in Zoom meetings - but under the sun, on the beach, with real laughter and real conversations.

No one mentioned KPIs, deadlines, or targets.
But somehow, we all knew, we were building something more powerful than any report: trust, joy, and shared purpose.

From staying at Premier Residence to exploring Bai Sao, Hon Thom, Hon May Rut, Hon Gam Ghi, flying across the sea on the longest overwater cable car, diving in coral parks, enjoying the Kiss Of The Sea show, and wandering through Sunset Town, the itinerary was full.

But what we’ll remember most are the smiles, the energy, and the simple thought: “We’re really lucky to be part of this.”
