The continuous challenge stations on the beach were the clearest test of the seamless coordination and tactics of each team. From using fragile bamboo sticks to lift teammates towards the finish line, to skillfully navigating past giant inflatable obstacles, every individual had to set aside their ego to blend into the common rhythm.

The subsequent challenge of transporting water using helmets also brought about hilariously awkward moments but perfectly proved the patience and relentless effort of the collective to pursue the goal to the very end.

In particular, the quartet of core values that make up the R.E.A.L brand identity were directly and delicately integrated into the giant inflatable tower climbing station. To reach the top and successfully unfold the banners, members had to converge all 4 elements:

Reliability: Becoming a solid pillar of support, so teammates could fully trust and entrust their safety when climbing high.
Empathy: Understanding the difficulties and fatigue of the person next to you to timely lend a hand and pull them forward together.

Overcoming physical exhaustion, what remained was the joy of victory and the distance-free bond between departments. When the whistle marking the end of the game series blew, it was also the moment emotions exploded. The moment hats and shirts were tossed high into the clear blue sky was the very symbol of releasing personal limits. There were no longer superiors or subordinates, no more daily KPI pressures; on the beach at this moment, there were only radiant smiles and celebratory hugs of the Real Logistics extended family.

Concluding the series of outdoor activities, the "Beyond the Shore" Gala Dinner offered an elegant setting for the entire company to reflect on the journey past and honor outstanding individuals and teams.
