1. Opening, Leadership Introduction & Toast
Following the opening performance carrying the message "Real Gathering – Full of Love", the MCs respectfully introduce the honorable guests and the company's Leadership Team. The highlight of this section is the appearance of Mr. Nguyen Vu - CEO of Real Logistics. As the one who has led the company since its early days, CEO Nguyen Vu, representing the Leadership Team, takes the stage to deliver a speech expressing deep gratitude to the staff, inspiring the collective, and joining the executive board in raising a glass to officially open the party.
2. Individual and Team Award Ceremony
Department of the Year 2025: Awarded to the Export Team, presented by Mr. Nguyen Vu.
Most Valuable Player 2025: Awarded to 9 outstanding individuals from various departments, presented by Mr. Nguyen Phuoc.
Future Leader Award 2025: Awarded to Vo Le Thanh Thi Nhu Le, presented by Mr. Tran Duc.
Long Service Award – 5 Years: Honoring 9 individuals for their 5-year dedication, presented by Mr. Ban.
Long Service Award – 10 Years: Honoring 4 individuals for their 10-year dedication, presented by CEO Nguyen Vu.
Inspirational Trainer: Honoring 10 individuals, presented by Mr. Ban.
Continuous Learning: Honoring 5 individuals with a relentless learning spirit, presented by Mr. Jason.
3. Art Performances and Voting
Performance 1: "Quintessence of Vietnam" performed by the OVS Team, deeply imbued with traditional identity.
Performance 2: "Dancing must be fun" performed by the Export Team with a youthful and dynamic style.
Performance 3: "Vietnamese People" performed by a collaboration of the Pricing Team and Sales Team through modern dance. Right after the performances, the audience is instructed to scan the QR code on the screen to participate in live voting for the teams within 3 minutes.
4. Entertainment Minigame (Loto Show)
The program shifts to an interactive entertainment segment with the appearance of special guest Ms. Lo Lo to host the Loto game.
Guests join MC Hong Phong on stage to assist in presenting the Lucky Draw gifts.
5. Art Performance Awards
Best Team Spirit Award: Presented by Mr. Thai Tuan.
Audience Choice Award: Presented by Mr. Luong.
Most Impressive Performance Award: Presented by Mr. Xuan. After the awards presentation, the Loto Show resumes with the final lucky numbers.
